Started working with G Corner from its establishment in India in 1999.
A Chartered Engineer by profession having vast industrial experience mainly in the areas of manufacturing and factory operations. I have been involved in the strategic and operational planning with G Corner for the last 25 years and therefore have significant experience of DC project execution.
As Operations Director, my responsibilities include:
- defining and communicating project objectives that are clear, useful and attainable
- procuring the project requirements like workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives
- managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality
Have an ability to adapt to the various internal procedures and to form close links with the nominated representatives in ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality, delivery and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.
