I started with the parent company of G Corner on leaving university in 1985 primarily to develop the group’s engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities in copper and other non-ferrous metals. Consequently, I have been involved in the copper industry in one form or another for over 30 years. From the acquisition of G Corner in 1992, following a quick induction into the chlorine industry, I have been responsible for the global growth and development of G Corner across its varied client-base in the chlorine and various base metal industries.
Driving our exports of bespoke refining solutions to now over 30 countries, I have therefore travelled extensively around the world working on chemical and base metal refining plants in a variety of countries building up a great deal of experience and providing solutions to customers worldwide.
A member of both the Association of Project Management and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. I have also been awarded a number of patents in the base metal refining and electrical industry.
